劳动合同你签订了吗
[size=5]《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》自[/size][size=14pt]2008[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]年[/size][/font][size=14pt]1[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt]1[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日施行至今已有两年多，该法的颁布施行，对推动劳动合同的签订起到了极大的作用，大部分用人单位都能依法与劳动者签订劳动合同。但不可否认的一点是，部分用人单位，尤其是一些劳动密集型、招用外来务工人员较多的用人单位仍存在劳动合同未签订，未交付劳动合同文本的情况。为此，我市根据人力资源和社会保障部办公厅《关于开展[/size][/font][size=14pt]2010[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]年农民工劳动合同签订“春暖行动”的通知》（人社厅〔[/size][/font][size=14pt]2010[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]〕[/size][/font][size=14pt]54[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]号）精神，决定从[/size][/font][size=14pt]2010[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]年[/size][/font][size=14pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt]29[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日至[/size][/font][size=14pt]6[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt]5[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日在全市范围内开展农民工劳动合同签订“春暖行动”[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
